In-House Design & Development Support

We operate two dedicated full-time design and development teams:

  • Internal D&D Group (×2): 2 industrial design engineers, 2 structural engineers, 1 graphic designer, 2 sample development specialists. Client-driven development — delivering end-to-end service from concept, design, rendering, structural engineering, sampling, pilot run, to mass production.
  • External High-End Design Team (×1): 1 senior engineer, 2 PhD researchers. Brand product development — conducting thematic design research and delivering 6 design proposals with 12 variations per year.

Together, these teams provide a true one-stop service: Ideation → Design → Rendering → Structural Engineering → Sampling →Approve → Mass Production.
